Through my experience of being in recovery of a severe drug addiction, and managing my codependency with toxic people, I have learned a thing or two about the importance of boundaries. Boundaries is something that is forever changing, growing, morphing, and something to keep a constant check up on. This podcast is your check-in for your own boundaries, and maybe even give you the strength and wisdom to set the boundaries you know you have been needing to set for yourself.

Early recovery is challenging. We go through a lot but we don't always know how to articulate our experience around it. It's emotional, it's challenging, we have a hard time coping with what we have done. Families struggle with knowing what to do and how to help their loved ones. I am doing a early recovery series in hopes that it will help families understand what we go through when we first get into recovery.
