The Unbreakable Boundaries Podcast
Setting and defending boundaries is the difference between letting someone else run your life, or you getting the life you've always wanted. Through my experience of being in recovery of a severe drug addiction, and managing my codependency with toxic people, I have learned a thing or two about the importance of boundaries. Boundaries is something that is forever changing, growing, morphing, and something to keep a constant check up on. This podcast is your check-in for your own boundaries, and maybe even give you the strength and wisdom to set the boundaries you know you have been needing to set for yourself.

Alcohol is insidious. Being so much more socially acceptable to drink alcohol, one can find themselves being able to justify and rationalize their behaviors easily, until it is undeniable that there is a problem. Even once a problem is acknowledged, it doesn't make it easy to make the decision to quit. Luanne talks in this episode about how she constantly felt like the world was out to get her and the victimhood that entails, and more importantly, she talks about how she broke free of the mental prison alcohol had her in. It was uncomfortable, but it is worth it.
On a side note, you may hear some feedback in the audio, I am still learning myself on technical aspects of doing this.
